I understand that exhibition space is limited and allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
I acknowledge that participation is subject to a confirmed booking fee of R15,000 (excl. VAT) for a 2-day exhibition stand.
I understand that my stand is only secured upon receipt of payment or an approved written commitment.

🤝 Commitment & Cancellations

I understand that cancellations after confirmation may result in the full booking fee being retained to cover planning, allocation, and operational costs.
